We ordered truffle fries. The fires were so addictive that we had to order it twice. We could not believe we ate through both fries in less then fifteen minutes!

From Iron Chef Jose Garces to well renown Michael Solomon, this city is changing at an incredible rate. The locals palate are changing to sophisticated flavors preferable ingredients from the local farmers market. After interviewing and creating videos on YouTube, I see the change and demand. It feels exhilarating and I’m fortunate to be part of it….
