The New Era….

Google Philadelphia food scene and look at the results.  You will see articles by Bon Appetite, NY times, Business Insider, and much more on the food movement.  Philly is no longer known for the nations capital of cheese steaks and pretzels.

From Iron Chef Jose Garces to well renown Michael Solomon, this city is changing at an incredible rate.  The locals palate are changing to sophisticated flavors preferable ingredients from the local farmers market.  After interviewing and creating videos on YouTube, I see the change and demand.  It feels exhilarating and I’m fortunate to be part of it….

Do you feel and see the new era of Philly’s restaurants?
